Climb Every Mountain Fitness Challenge Week 10 Results

Climb Every Mountain Fitness Challenge Week 10 Results
Twenty-two participants turned in totals for Week 10 of the Climb Every Mountain Fitness challenge. This is the next to last week of the challenge, and I'm impressed. Altogether, we logged more physical activity time than any previous week of this challenge with a grand total of 353 points or over 117 hours of exercise.

Exercising with a group is a great way to mix up the fitness routine and socialize with others. Getting outside for exercise also has great benefits. We are having a group walk tomorrow, May 20 and will meet at Woodleaf United Methodist Church (9000 Church Street in Woodleaf) at 10:00 a.m. or meet at City Park in Salisbury (park is by Rowan Regional Medical Center - meet at the parking lot by the lake, playground, and tennis courts). Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, hat, and some comfortable walking shoes and join me!

I'm looking forward to seeing what numbers come in for week 12 - can we beat our latest record?
