Climb Every Mountain Fitness Challenge Week 9 Results
Week 9 results for the Climb Every Mountain Fitness Challenge are in. Twenty-three participants submitted points for a grant total of 340 points, equaling over 113 hours of physical activity for the week.

This was the second highest set of numbers for our fitness challenge, which is excellent. Developing a fitness routine as a way of life can help our bodies as well as our emotional health. Physical activity can increase our endorphin levels, helping us to meet life's challenges with more resilience and peace of mind.
