Week 10 of the
Woodleaf United Methodist Church Smell the Flowers spring fitness challenge ran
from March 11 through March 17, 2018 with our celebration party on Sunday,
March 18. Thirty-eight participants turned in totals for week 10, reporting a total of 1065 minutes of exercise for the final week and 83,942 minutes of exercise for the entire 10 week challenge!
I wish to extend
congratulations to all our participants. Developing healthy habits can reap great
benefits. May each of you find simple, sustainable ways to incorporate physical
activity into daily life!
