Week 8 of the Woodleaf
United Methodist Church Smell the Flowers spring fitness challenge ran from
February 25 through March 3, 2018. Thirty-five participants turned in totals
for week 8, reporting a grand total of 8220 minutes of exercise!
We’re coming down the
home stretch with only two more weeks in the challenge. This is a good time to
start planning for regular fitness opportunities during the times when we don’t
have fitness challenges. Do you have a healthy fitness plan?
