Week 7 of the Woodleaf
United Methodist Church Smell the Flowers spring fitness challenge ran from
February 18 through February 24, 2018. Thirty-eight participants turned in
totals for week 7, reporting a grand total of 9049 minutes of exercise!
In addition to exercising regularly, a healthy diet, appropriate amounts of sleep, and effective stress management strategies can all work together to help us to be healthier. Finding solace in one's faith and regularly participating in social activities that are meaningful can also help us to enjoy holistic health.
