Week 1 Climb Every Mountain Challenge Results
Here are our results for Week 1 of the Climb Every Mountain Fitness Challenge.


Week 1 included March 5 through March 11, 2017. Participants are encouraged to exercise an average of at least 20 minutes per day, receiving one point for each 20 minutes of exercise. Those who earn at least 7 points per week meet average exercising at least twenty minutes per day.


Twenty participants joined during this first week of the challenge, logging a total of 272 points, which translates to more than 90 hours of exercise for the entire group. As you can see, many participants have exceeded 7 points for week 1. What a great start!
