Big Thanks to Donors for Fitness Challenge Celebration

Thanks to vendors who donated prizes for 2018 spring fitness challenge

I wish to extend a huge thank you to the many local vendors who have generously donated gifts for our celebration party to mark the end of our Spring 2018 Smell the Flowers fitness challenge. Every participant will enjoy a great gift in addition to better fitness after exercising for ten weeks. Some weeks were better than others, but these participants were able to push through despite various obstacles to continue on a journey toward better holistic health.
